Rain in the upper Arkansas Valley has increased the flows at the Arkansas at Wellsville and the admin account at Twin Lakes. The plan to reduce flows per the July 30th Announcement is cancelled. See Today’s Announcement for more information.

As the native flow keeps dropping, we will continue to increase the project release to maintain the Wellsville gauge at 700 cfs.

Twin Lakes Dam – Monday, July 19, 2010, at 1200 HoursM

Convert 50 cfs of native to a project run. This will not be a physical release but will increase the project run from 150 cfs to 200 cfs. Maintain until further notice.

Increase the project run from 100 cfs to 130 cfs. This will be a physical release.
Maintain until further notice.
